To offer a unique experience to concert-goers in Edo State, Voltage King Ent & Events introduced the Music and Hype Festival event series. The first edition was held on November 30, 2022, at 360 Signature, Benin City. Due to overwhelming attendance at the debut, the event quickly outgrew its initial venue.
In response, the festival moved to Rick Rex Event City for its second edition on November 30, 2023, which continued to draw large crowds.
Music and Hype Festival (Season 3), 2024 Now a staple event in southern Nigeria, Music and Hype Festival has become one of the largest individual shows in the region, attracting around 1,500 attendees annually. The upcoming 2024 edition is scheduled for November 28, 2024, at Rick Rex Event City in Benin City. This season promises a lineup of top-tier superstars and is aimed at youthful, vibrant audiences eager for an energetic experience.
